- Preheat oven to 400Ā°F (200Ā°C). Arrange salmon fillets and crabs on a large baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Bake for 12-15 minutes for salmon, 20-25 minutes for crabs, until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and drawn butter for the crab.
