By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Ordering and Acceptance
Placing an Order: Orders are placed via our website, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
Order Confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us via email or message.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We strive to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order through integrated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
3. Delivery
Delivery Area: Cornwall, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Schedule: Monday and Thursday deliveries.
Cutoffs: Sunday 4 PM for Monday delivery, Wednesday 4 PM for Thursday delivery.
It’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order. Re-delivery fees may apply.
4. Product Quality and Freshness
We take immense pride in the quality of our seafood. All products are sourced, handled, and packaged with care to ensure freshness.
Our seafood is kept refrigerated until delivery.
5. No Return & Refund Policy
DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or refunds once orders are purchased and/or delivered.
For quality issues, contact us within 4 hours of delivery at (613) 416-6151 or [email protected] with photos.
Claims will be reviewed case-by-case for replacement or store credit.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CornwallSeafood.ca, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the total cost of your order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance.

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, all sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos for verification. We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Products improperly stored or left unattended after delivery are not eligible for return.
